INGREDIENTS:
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Bell peppers – 1 cup sliced
- Broccoli – 6 small florets
- Mushroom – 5 sliced
- Baby corn – 5 sliced
- Spring onion – 2 sliced
- Salt – 1 tsp
- White pepper & oregano – ¼ tsp each
- Milk – 1 cup
- Slurry – ½ cup
- milk + 1 ½ tsp
- corn flour
- Macaroni – 1 ½ cup boiled
- Cream – 3 tbsp
- Cheese and basil leaves for garnish
METHOD:
- Heat butter in pan and add garlic paste in it. Sauté for a min.
- Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 5 min.
- Add salt, white pepper and oregano in it.
- Add milk in pan and let it come to a boil.
- Now put slurry in pan stirring continuously. The mixture will start to thicken.
- Add boiled macaroni in it and coat it nicely with the vegetables.
- Add cream in it. Mix well and switch off the gas.
- Finally garnish it will grated cheese and basil leaves.
