Fruit Truffle

Ingredients

  • Apple sliced – 1
  • Kiwi sliced – 1
  • Mango sliced – 1
  • Banana sliced – 1
  • Grapes – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla custard – 2 cups
  • Vanilla Sponge cake – 1
  • Pineapple juice – 1 cup
  • Whipped cream – 4 tbsp
  • Cherries – ¼ cup

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add all the vegetables with vanilla custard. Mix it lightly.
  2. In a fancy serving dish, first arrange the slices of vanilla sponge cake.
  3. Moist the slices with pineapple juice nicely.
  4. Now layer it with prepared fruit custard on it. Level it nicely.
  5. Now top with the layer of whipped cream. Level it again.
  6. Finally garnish it with cherries.
  7. Chill for few hours and enjoy.
