Fruit Truffle

Ingredients
- Apple sliced – 1
- Kiwi sliced – 1
- Mango sliced – 1
- Banana sliced – 1
- Grapes – ¼ cup
- Vanilla custard – 2 cups
- Vanilla Sponge cake – 1
- Pineapple juice – 1 cup
- Whipped cream – 4 tbsp
- Cherries – ¼ cup
Directions
- In a bowl, add all the vegetables with vanilla custard. Mix it lightly.
- In a fancy serving dish, first arrange the slices of vanilla sponge cake.
- Moist the slices with pineapple juice nicely.
- Now layer it with prepared fruit custard on it. Level it nicely.
- Now top with the layer of whipped cream. Level it again.
- Finally garnish it with cherries.
- Chill for few hours and enjoy.
