Mug Cakes | मग केक | Episode-3
MOCHACHINO MUG CAKE::
Ingredients
- Maida – 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar – 1 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Melted Butter – 1 ½ tbsp
- Milkmaid – 2 tbsp
- Instant Coffee Pd – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 4 tbsp
- Few chopped dryfruits
Method
- In a microwave safe mug, add all the dry ingredients and mix well to avoid any lumps.
- Mix coffee and milk till coffee dissolves in it.
- Now in a mug add all the wet ingredients and mix everything well with the help of fork.
- Make sure there should be no lumps. Top it with chopped dry fruits. Now microwave it for 2 min.
VANILLA MUG CAKE:
Ingredients
- Maida – 4 tbsp
- Castor sugar –1 ½ tbsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Baking pd – 1/8 tsp
- Yellow food colour – 2 drop
- Oil/Melted Butter – 1 tbsp
- Milkmaid – 1 tbsp
- Amul cream – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – ¼ tsp
- Milk – 4 tbsp
- M&M Gems for frosting
Method
- In a mug, add all the dry ingredients & whisk everything well.
- Now add in the melted butter, Milkmaid, amul fresh cream, vinegar, yellow food color, milk and mix everything well.
- Whisk everything very well with fork till all the ingredients combined very well.
- Top it with gems and microwave it for 2 min.
- After it gets microwave, insert toothpick in center and check it comes out to be clean.

- Elaichi pd and cinnamon pd – 1 pinch
- Salt – 1/8 tsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Baking pd – 1/8 tsp
- Banana – 1 ripe pureed
- Oil – ½ tbsp
- Honey – ½ tbsp
- Amul cream – ½ tbsp
- Vinegar – ¼ tsp
- Milk – 4 – 5 tbsp
- Raisins & Cashews for garnishing

CHOCOLICIOUS MUG CAKE:
Ingredients
- Maida – 4 tbsp
- Cocoa pd – 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Baking pd – 1/8 tsp
- Milk – 4 tbsp
- Essence – 2 drops
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Oreo Biscuits, Kitkat, Chocochips and Chocolate syrup for garnishing
