- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
For peri peri seasoning:
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder

- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp powdered sugar, optional
- ¼ tsp citric acid or dry mango powder
- ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
Method
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan on low flame.
- Add makhanas and roast them slowly until they become crisp and crunchy.
- Switch off the flame and let them cool slightly.
