- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour

For finishing:
- ¼ cup sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, corn, mushrooms, broccoli, or zucchini

- Chilli flakes

Method
- Boil pasta in salted water until cooked but firm. Drain and keep aside.
- For the red sauce, heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic.
- Add tomato puree, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Cook until the sauce becomes thick and flavourful.
- For the white sauce, heat butter in another pan. Add flour and cook for a few seconds without browning it.
- Add milk gradually while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Add salt, pepper, and cheese if using.
- Mix the red sauce and white sauce together to create a creamy pink sauce.
- Add sautéed vegetables and boiled pasta. Toss gently until the pasta is well coated.
- Adjust seasoning with herbs, chilli flakes, and black pepper.
