  • ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum

  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, cornflour, and refined flour.
  2. Mix everything well until the vegetables release slight moisture and the mixture comes together.
  3. Shape into small balls and fry until golden, crisp, and cooked from inside.
